Sandhya Mridul (born 28 March 1975) is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films and television, most known for her roles in films like, movies like Saathiya (2002) and Page 3 (2005), and was first runners up in reality dance show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (Season 2) (2007
Personal life and education
Mridul, affectionately called 'Sandy', was born in Mumbai to Advocate P. R. Mridul and his wife. Later, the family moved to New Delhi. At age Ten, she left home to attend school at Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls’ Public School in Jaipur. At age 14, her father, a lawyer by profession and later a judge of the high court, died and she was brought up by her elder brother Justice Siddharth Mridul who is a sitting judge of Delhi High Court. She also has another elder brother named Pankaj.

She graduated in Mathematics, did her post graduation in marketing and went on to do a corporate job with KLM in Mumbai
Career
She first arrived back in Mumbai to be a marketing executive. Mridul first started her career with the popular TV serial Swabhimaan. After that, additional roles followed in serials like Banegi Apni Baat, Koshish and Hu Ba Hu.

She made her breakthrough in films with Yash Raj Films, in Saathiya in 2002. The film was critically and commercially successful and critics appreciated her performance. Her character Dina was an important supporting role that got her noticed.

She also appeared in Extraa Innings, the programme during the Cricket World Cup 2003.

In 2004, she acted in Pratap Sharma's "Zen Katha", a play based on the life of Buddha in Mumbai opposite Rajeev Gopalkrishnan.

Her show, Koshish Ek Asha in which she played the role of the female protagonist has been dubbed in Chinese and in the year 2005, it was telecast in China. Through this show, Sandhya became a household name in China by 2005. She decided to walk away from Television soap Operas because the roles felt repetitive. Of her decision to quit TV, she remarked, "If you want to play the protagonist these days, you have to be the bahu. I’m not ready to do that again. I can’t be wearing heavy saris with dark pink lipstick all my life."

In 2005 she starred in Page 3 with Konkona Sen Sharma and Tara Sharma. She played an air hostess in the film. Her performance was again praised by the critics and the film was a hit at the box office.

Since 2006, she has focused exclusively on film roles. She played Maya, a restless soul who keeps on moving in and out of things in an off-beat film called Strings. She also acted 13th Floor which is an interesting story of two people stuck in the 13th floor of a lift. As a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, Sandhya's desire to show her dancing skills is also being fulfilled in the film Chowki. In Honey Moon Travels Private Limited, she plays a wife stuck in a marriage with a gay man. In the thriller Deadline: Sirf 24 Ghante by Tanvir Khan, she acts with Irfan Khan. In The great indian butterfly , she shows her talent again in this movie ,how a young Indian couple climbing the ladder of the corporate rate race in a nation.

Her versatility and her penchant for taking non-conformist roles have made her a darling of cross-over films. She proved her talent again in another off-beat film called Via Darjeeling in which she plays an alcoholic. "I would like to step into the shoes that Smita Patil left behind", says Mridul about where she sees herself in the Bollywood acting space.

She has also been judged the runners-up at the popular dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (Season. This decision did court some controversy since one of the judges, Urmila Matondkar declared that Mridul should have won.There were also allegations of rigging and interference on the decision to declare Prachi the winner of the show. Mridul said of the decision, "Don't tell me that I lost. Like I have said before, you lose only when you lose heart, and I haven't. I may have only lost out on a trophy and cash but I have won many hearts."

In 2008, she served as a member of the jury in the 14th Television Festival held in Shanghai. She was youngest and lone Indian in the festival.

Chopra was the second guest on Bigg Boss (Season 3). She was evicted from the show on Day 27.On 23 June 2010, the social networking website, Twitter deleted all the pictures posted by the actress on her account and also banned her from posting any further image. Minissha Lamba (born on 18 January 1985) is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films..
Personal life
Minissha was born to a Hindu-Jat family of Lamba Jat clan hailing from Haryana. Growing up, her father was in the hospitality business and this gave Lamba the opportunity to travel around the country and meet many people. She can converse in Hindi, Punjabi, English and French fluently.
Career
Lamba's long term ambition was to become a journalist. While studying for a degree in Delhi, Lamba pursued modelling as a hobby and soon became a well-placed model in the Indian modelling industry. Examples of Lamba's early modelling work include several television commercials for companies such as LG, Sony, Cadbury, Hajmola, Airtel, Sunsilk, and also others. She has also done a music video (Tera Suroor) for the hit music album Aap Ka Suroor by Himesh Reshammiya.She did her schooling from Sherwood Hall and later on moved to Chettinad Vidyashram, both in Chennai. In 2004, she majored in English with honours from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Her first movie "Yahaan", which was directed by Shoojit Sircar was released in 2005. Critics praised the movie citing Lamba's performance as one of the highlights. In 2008, she acted in Siddharth Anand's film Bachna Ae Haseeno which stars Bipasha Basu, Deepika Padukone along with Ranbir Kapoor in the lead roles. This movie is produced by Yashraj Films. She will be soon featuring in a Shyam Benegal film to be released by mid September. It is a film about a father-daughter relationship starring Boman Irani as her father.Well Done Abba (2010) was highly acclaimed at Cannes Film Festival especially Minissha Lamba's Performance. Early life
Ranaut was born to Asha, a school teacher and Amardeep, a businessman and in a Punjabi rajput Family. She has an elder sister, Rangoli and a younger brother Akshit. She was born in a small town called Bhambla in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Her family lives in Mandi.

Theatre career
Ranaut started her career as a theatre actor in Delhi with the Asmita Theatre GroupShe trained under eminent theatre director Arvind Gaur.She participated in his theatre workshop at India Habitat Centre and acted in several plays. Her first play with Arvind Gaur was Girish Karnad's Taledanda (Rakt-Kalyan).Film career
Ranaut joined Asha Chandra's three-month course in 2004 to brush herself to face camera. Ranaut moved to Mumbai to try her luck in movies. During September 2005, Hindi film-maker Anurag Basu spotted her having coffee in a cafe in Bombay, and offered her the leading role in Gangster, written by Mahesh Bhatt, and she accepted it.Released in 2006, the film became both critically and commercially successful and her performance was especially applauded.This was followed by another acclaimed performance in Woh Lamhe (2006).

Later, Kangna starred in yet another Anurag Basu project, the hit film Life In A... Metro, as a confused girl who is looking for a real love. Her performance in the film earned her rave reviews. She also starred in Shakalaka Boom Boom (2007) as an aspiring singer. Her next film, Fashion, starring Priyanka Chopra and Mugdha Godse, was released in 2008. The film, portraying the dark side of the fashion world, was a critical success, and Ranaut's portrayal of a supermodel who loses everything on drug abuse gained her widespread praise, fetching her various awards, including the prestigious Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award and National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress.

Her last successful film was a thriller Raaz - The Mystery Continues with Emraan Hashmi. The movie has been a commercial success and was declared as first reasonable hit of 2009.Her next release was Vaada Raha with Bobby Deol.Ek Niranjan was her second project in the South. Ek Niranjan is a Telugu Film directed by Puri Jagannadh, the director of the movie Pokiri, whose previous film 'Pokiri' has been remade in Hindi as Wanted.Kangana was briefly seen in a guest appearance opposite Hrithik Roshan in Kites as a rich casino owner's daughter.

(Shenaz Treasurywala Born 29 June 1981) Bombay,Maharashtra,(sometimes spelled Treasuryvala) or Shenaz is an Indian model, travel writer, and actress. Paresh Rawal (Gujarati: પરેશ રાવલ Pareś Rāvaḷ) (born 30 May 1950) is an Indian actor from Bollywood, Mumbai of Gujarati background.

Making his film debut in 1984, he mainly played supporting and villain roles throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Since 2000 he has mostly played comic roles.
Family and early life
Paresh was born in palyad, Gujarat, India. He is married to Swaroop Sampat, an actress and winner of the Miss India contest in 1979. Paresh and Swaroop have two sons Aditya and Aniruddh. Paresh Rawal is an alumnus from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and Higher Studies, Vile Parle, Mumbai. Rawal moved to Mumbai, at the age of 22. He went there to become a civil engineer. After people recognized him as a great actor, he was recommended to be in bollywood. Today people know him as a great actor and comedian.

Paresh Rawal was a great fan of Rahil Shah and worked for 10 years under him.
Career
Rawal made his debut with the 1984 film Holi. He then appeared in over 100 films throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Paresh Rawal's biggest hit was Hera Pheri in 2000.

Before he attained national recognition, in 1991 Rawal achieved recognition and adulation for his role of a bank robber in Kshana Kshanam. His quirky accent and mannerisms made him an instant hit. He acted in quite a few Telugu films by the RGV school of direction like Money and Govinda Govinda.

In 1994, he won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performances in the films Woh Chokri and Sir.For the latter, he also received his first Filmfare Award for Best Comedian. This was followed by Ketan Mehta's Sardar, which saw him playing the lead role of freedom fighter Vallabhbhai Patel, a role that got him not only national but international acclaim.He followed it with the film Tamaana (1996), in which he played the role of a hijra (person of "third" gender, typically male transgender) who raises a young, orphaned girl, played by Pooja Bhatt.

In 2000, Rawal played a dim-witted and boisterous, but kind-hearted Marathi landlord Baburao Ganpatrao Apte in the film Hera Pheri, who takes in Raju (Akshay Kumar) and Shyam (Sunil Shetty) as paying guests in his house. Rawal's acting was a key reason for the major nationwide success the film received.For his performance, he won the Filmfare Best Comedian Award. He reprised his role as Baburao in the sequel to the film, Phir Hera Pheri (2006), which was also successful.

In 2002, Rawal portrayed one of three blind bank robbers in the hit film Aankhen. Rawal has since played many comedy roles in successful films including Awara Paagal Deewana (2002), Garam Masala (2005), Deewane Huye Pagal (2005), Malamaal Weekly (2006), Golmaal (2006), Chup Chup Ke (2006) , Bhagam Bhag (2006), Shankar Dada MBBS and De Dana Dan (2009).He is also produced the Hindi Serials including Zee TV's Teen Bahuraaniyaan, Sahara One's Main Aisi Kyunn Hoon.
